Global colocation advisory

The right colocation space, in any market — built, contracted, and managed.

From a single cabinet to a full data hall, Bargun finds the space, negotiates the contract, builds out your racks, and runs the footprint after go-live. One team, from the first requirement to day-two operations.

What lands on our desk

You bring the requirement. We do the legwork.

Every engagement starts with a real deadline and a real constraint — power, latency, budget, or all three.

  • Three cabinets in Toronto with a cloud on-ramp, live in eight weeks?
  • A private cage in Sydney with A+B power and an exchange port?
  • An Amsterdam build-out — fiber, PDUs, access control — run from New York?
  • 40 kW GPU racks in Dallas, and a provider that can actually cool them?
  • A renewal coming up and nobody has benchmarked the price?
Services

Find it. Contract it. Build it. Manage it.

Take the whole lifecycle or just the stage you need. Either way you get one lead who owns the schedule, the providers, and the paperwork.

Find the right space

STAGE 1

We turn your requirement into a shortlist of facilities that fit on power, density, connectivity, and price.

  • Requirements, power and density sizing
  • Market and provider shortlists
  • RFPs, site tours, and comparative analysis
  • Primary and DR site separation

Contract it

STAGE 2

We level the bids and negotiate the terms that matter over the life of the deal, not just the monthly rate.

  • Bid and quote leveling
  • Pricing, power, escalators, and term
  • Expansion rights and renewal options
  • MSA and order-form review

Build out the racks

STAGE 3

We design and deliver the physical deployment, and coordinate every vendor on the floor until go-live.

  • Cabinet layouts and rack elevations
  • PDUs and A/B power distribution
  • Structured fiber and copper cabling
  • Cross-connects, carriers, and cloud on-ramps
  • Security, access control, and hardware logistics

Manage it

STAGE 4

After go-live we run the footprint for you, so it stays right-sized, documented, and correctly billed.

  • Remote- and smart-hands coordination
  • Capacity and power tracking
  • Invoice reconciliation and vendor billing
  • Provider portal and API integrations
  • Change management, DR playbooks, and renewals
Every size

No footprint too small, none too big.

The process scales, whether you need a few cabinets for an edge node or a dedicated hall for a primary site.

Cabinet

1–5 cabinets · <25 kW

Edge nodes, DR presence, and exchange or carrier points of presence.

Cage

5–40 cabinets · to 400 kW

A private, caged footprint with your own access and security.

Suite

40–150 cabinets · to 1.5 MW

A dedicated room built to your standards and operating model.

Hall

150+ cabinets · 1.5 MW+

Wholesale data halls and powered shells for primary sites.

At any density

Typical industry ranges. Your requirement sets the actual numbers.

Markets

Delivering across three continents. Available in any metro.

We coordinate providers, carriers, and on-site vendors across time zones, so your team doesn't have to be awake at 3 a.m. in Amsterdam.

NYC --:-- New York Home base · primary and DR sites
LON --:-- London Financial and exchange hub
AMS --:-- Amsterdam Interconnection and cloud on-ramps
SIN --:-- Singapore APAC gateway
SYD --:-- Sydney Low-latency and sovereign-data sites

Our team has delivered projects across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. We source in any metro your business needs, with the major global and regional colocation providers.

How we work with AI agents

Sixteen agent-assisted services, one accountable team.

AI agents take on the document-heavy work that repeats every month: contracts, invoices, tickets, bids, and shipments. A senior person checks every output before it reaches you or a provider.

Agents draft, extract, compare, and flag. People approve, negotiate, and decide.

Why Bargun

An operator's eye, a project manager's discipline.

One owner, start to finish

The person who shortlists your space is the one who signs off the build and handles the first renewal. Nothing gets lost between handoffs.

Built for regulated firms

Our playbook comes from programs at global banks and investment firms, where DR and audit readiness aren't optional.

Hands on the hardware

We know fiber, PDUs, and cross-connects, not just contract language. That's how we catch problems before they reach the floor.

About

Senior people, and the relationships to match.

Bargun was founded by Burak Argun, a New York–based infrastructure program manager with more than twenty years of experience, much of it running data center, disaster-recovery, and infrastructure programs for global financial firms.

He doesn't work alone. Every engagement draws on a bench of seasoned professionals — data center engineers, cabling and power specialists, and contract negotiators who have spent their careers in mission-critical facilities.

And we know the people on the other side of the table. Long-standing relationships with colocation providers’ sales and operations teams, carriers, and on-site installers mean faster answers, better access to space, and fewer surprises on the floor.
